Your Training Sessions

Subiaco Class Times

Training sessions are held in Subiaco - Market Square Park (Roberts Road). Training is approx 45min followed by a 15min power talk aimed at embedding the learnings from the physical training.

Perth CBD Class Times

Training sessions are held in Perth CBD - River side of Riverside Drive (East of the Bell Tower, opposite the Concert Hall Parking). Training is approx 30min followed by a breif power talk aimed at embedding the learnings from the physical training.

Bibra Lake Class Times

Training sessions are held at Bibra Lake near the corner of Gwilliam Drv and Progress Drv, next to the fenced playground making this ideal for mothers.

'Go Anywhere' Workout

This circuit does what it says on the label - it really can be done anywhere - utilizing body weight, its the one piece of workout equipment you always have with you - where ever you are. This workout has also been known as the 'No Excuses' workout!
