At Project Inner Athlete, you are not grouped on ability and we don't train in air conditioned comfort - we design training sessions for what YOUR body needs to grow, develop and improve, while making it fun in a group, outdoor environment.

We also know that results don't come from just 30min of movement per day - Your results rely on your recovery and nutrition, which is why why we don't just do training - we'll give you everything you need to achieve your goals, whether they are to run a marathon, complete an Ironman or simply get away from your desk.
